At Wreckedpencils™, we take pride in delivering high-quality creative solutions tailored to every client’s needs. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for services purchased through our website or agreed upon directly with our studio.

1. Project Initiation

Once a project is confirmed and advance payment is received, our design and development process begins immediately. Therefore, the advance amount paid is non-refundable, as it covers initial consultation, concept planning, and resource allocation.

2. Cancellation by the Client

  • If a client wishes to cancel a project after confirmation:
  • Before work commencement: 90% refund (10% processing & administrative fee deducted).
  • After project commencement: No refund will be issued for work already started, resources allocated, or designs delivered.
  • In-progress projects: Refunds will be considered only for the unworked portion of the project at the discretion of Wreckedpencils™.

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@wreckedpencils.com.

3. Cancellation by Wreckedpencils™

Wreckedpencils™ reserves the right to cancel a project or service under circumstances such as non-payment, repeated delays in client response, or breach of agreement.
In such cases:

  • If work has not yet begun, a full refund (minus transaction fees) may be issued.
  • If partial work is completed, a pro-rata refund may be considered.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Design concepts or work already delivered.
  • Custom graphics, logo design, print design, website development, or digital assets created.
  • Third-party expenses (such as hosting, domain registration, plugin or font licenses, or printing).
  • Social media campaigns or digital marketing services once launched.

5. Revision & Satisfaction

We believe in client satisfaction and offer multiple rounds of revisions (as defined in your project proposal or quotation). Refund requests based on subjective preferences after delivery of approved designs are not eligible.

6. Mode of Refund

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Transaction charges, gateway fees, or bank deductions will be borne by the client.
